4. Payment Terms

Payments for services are to be made as follows:

Invoices are issued weekly/monthly, as agreed upon in the service contract.
Payment is due within 14 days of invoice receipt.
Late payments may incur a fee of 2% per month.

5. Client Responsibilities

7. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services with a notice period of 7 days. Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the upcoming service charge.

7.1 Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule services should be made at least 48 hours in advance. While we strive to accommodate such requests, they are subject to availability.

8. Liability Limitations

Garden Maintenance Palmers Green is not liable for any damage resulting from:

Pre-existing conditions in the garden.
Natural calamities beyond our control.
Client's instructions that may lead to potential damages.

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Amendments to Terms
